Buoyed by the success of its first major venture, albeit in collaboration, MV Buildcon has undertaken another residential Project in Gurgaon independently. This is another mini-township Project christened as, â€œPRECORE CITY-Iâ€, which Project will be ultimately spread over about 50- 60 acres, nestled in the lap of nature in Sector 7, Tehsil Sohna, Dist. Gurgaon of Haryana. The entire land of this project is owned by the Company and its associates and relatives. The Project site is about 18 km from Rajiv Chowk, NH#8 and Gurgaon. This Project too will have the basic infrastructure required for a stress-free living. This real estate Projects in Gurgaon will be a mix of residential plots development, row houses, as well as high-rises in Gurgaon. Development of this Project is being taken in a phased manner. The Company has already received licence for 30 acres and is in the process of receiving an additional licence for 10 acres. By and by, the Company will apply for additional licences to increase the Project size to about 70-80 acres. All the approvals for the licenced land have already been received and development work on the same is in full swing. The company has received tremendous response in this Project. The Company hopes to complete this Projects on sohna road in the next 4-5 years. When complete, this mini-township will have a population of about 8-10,000.
